FAQs

These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

What are the earliest / latest check-in times?
Earliest check-in is at 14:00hrs, a request for an earlier check-in is subject to availability, against a small charge. We have 24-hour reception, so if you are arriving late, our reception will be pleased to welcome you for check in at any time.

What are the latest check-out times?
The latest check-out time is at 11:00hrs. Late check-out is subject to availability against a small charge.

Do you allow smoking in guest rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking, however if the room has a balcony you can smoke there.

Are there any electrical adapters available in the rooms?
An adapter can be requested from reception.

Is there a safety deposit box rental service in the hotel rooms?
All rooms are equipped with a safe in wardrobe which can be used by guests free of charge.

What kinds of TV channels are offered in the hotel rooms?
We offer basic Cable TV in the rooms.

I would like a room specifically with a shower/bath. Is there a way how to ask for a bathroom which suits my needs?
Most of our rooms are fitted with showers and only a few are fitted with a bath. However although this cannot be guaranteed, if it is requested upon reservation we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there Internet access in the rooms & lobby?
WIFI is accessible throughout the hotel and rooms. 

Is there a medical service available in the hotel?
A doctor is available 24-hrs on call with a charge.

Are there any private parking spots reserved for residents at the hotel?
We do have a few private parking spaces free of charge. However, public parking is also found in the area surrounding the hotel free of charge as well.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms. 

Do you accept traveller’s cheques?
We do not accept traveller's cheques of any kind. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What type of credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa / Mastercard / Maestro.

Are the prices on the website tax inclusive?
The rates shown on the website are tax inclusive. However, rate does not include the ECO Tax. The ECO tax is € 0.50 per adult (18 years or over) and per night, maximum of € 5.00.

Is there any transportation service to/from the hotel?
The hotel offers a taxi service to/from the hotel upon request, fare between 20€ - 25€, depending on the destination and on the time of the day. 

Are baby cots and high chairs available to guests in the hotel? 
We can offer a baby cot in the room at no extra charge and high chairs are also available in the restaurant.

Is there a hairdryer available in the room?
A hairdryer is available in every room.

Is there an iron available at the hotel
An iron can be requested from reception desk.

Will I be provided with toiletries and clean linen during my stay?
All our rooms include towels, linen & basic toiletries. Cleaning including towel change is done daily. 

Do you offer pool towels?
Yes, the hotel offers pool towels to our guests which can only be used for the pool and not to be taken at the beach.

How far is the closest beach from the hotel?
The closest sandy beach (St. Thomas Bay) is just a 1.1 KM away, about 15 minute walk. Rocky beaches are even closer; just 5 minutes walk from hotel.

 Does the hotel offer a luggage storage?
We offer luggage storage near the reception area which the guests can use at any time free of charge.

Does the hotel offer room service?
We do not offer room service.

Does the hotel have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The hotel offers wheelchair accessible rooms. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower with handrails. It is important to contact us in order to check availability prior to booking the room so that we can reserve the correct room to meet your needs.

Do you offer food with special dietary specifications?
Any special dietary requests can be made upon reservation or check in.

Are there any booking cancellation fees?
If you cancel your booking 14 days prior to your arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your booking within 13 days or less prior to your arrival date, we will charge 50% of the stay, which applies to a no show reservations as well.

Does the hotel offer any packages organized for groups?

Do I need the credit card I booked my room with available when I do my check-in at the hotel?
A credit card is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. The credit card used to book your room does not need to be presented on check-in and the guest can either pay by a different credit card or cash
